Off Season Trainer Pro (OTP)
A Health & Wellness directed program designed to promote healthy lifestyles, support members off season strength & conditioning program, and raise awareness to alternative career/entrepreneurial options in sports. Members will learn and execute off-season training and nutritional strategies helping them excel as a player or in pursuing related sports careers. At the conclusion of this program participates will have an increased awareness of alternative careers/entrepreneurial options in sports; learn about the proper nutrition that fuels an athlete’s body, and be knowledgeable of off-season workout regimen that will help build cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
